Understanding the dashboard

What the dashboard shows and how to jump into editing.

The app Dashboard is the home screen after you open Bulk Customer Editor.

Overview metrics

  • Edits: how many customers were successfully updated through this app (store-wide counter).

  • Views: how many saved views exist for this shop.

  • Segments: how many customer segments are available (when segment access works).

Shortcuts

  • Start editing opens the bulk customer spreadsheet.

  • Your views lists recent saved views with an Open action.

  • Recent segments lets you jump into bulk edit for a segment.

Use the app sidebar for Customers and Segments. The app home is the dashboard.

  • Open the in-app support chat for questions or bugs.

  • Open the Documentation for this app.
